- Will I have to pay to access TC on iTunes U?
TC on iTunes U is open to all users with iTunes software (Mac/PC) and an Internet connection

- How do I access TC on iTunes U?
Click on the link 'For All Visitors' and iTunes will launch. Please Note: Firefox users should upgrade to the 2.x version of Firefox since there have been reports of difficulty launching iTunes through previous versions.

- Is TC's content part of the iTunes Music Store?
We are in the process of making all content readily available within the iTunes U site (under the 'iTunes Store'). In the meantime, you can access all of TC's excellent content offerings by clicking on the link to the left.

- Is the TC on iTunes content under copyright protection?
Teachers College and Apple, Inc. have copyright rules and regulations for all content presented through this medium.

- What are podcasts?
Podcasts are audio and video files prepared for playback on portable music players (PMPs) such as Apple's iPod. Similarly, these files can be viewed on any desktop or laptop computer within iTunes.

- Where in iTunes is the content I downloaded from TC on iTunes U?
When you download audio files from iTunes U, these files are stored within your iTunes library and the file listing appears in the 'Podcast' section. Video files downloaded from iTunes U are placed within the 'Movies' section.

- Do I have to use iTunes and Apple products to have access?
iTunes U is only accessible through iTunes software (Mac/PC).

- Can I use other .mp3 players with iTunes?
If the MP3 player supports AAC files (for audio) and/or m4v files (for video), then the content downloaded from iTunes U. However, the content downloaded from iTunes is intended for use on 'supported' devices.
